Description

• Work within the Implementation Team to configure and deliver the LemonEdge platform solution to clients and partners. • Collaborate with the Operations Director and other members of the team to ensure projects are understood, scoped, delivered, and have on-going maintenance/support requirements met. • Ensure implementation best practices are met on all engagements. • Work alongside clients to ensure they are trained and supported throughout the process. • Assist in the production of supporting materials for clients and partners, around implementation, configuration, training, and project milestones. • Interact with clients, partners, and professional services on a daily basis.

Requirements

• 2+ years working experience with Advanced Excel and VBA. • Intermediate knowledge of working with SQL Server. • Experience in working on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) projects preferred but not essential. • Experience working with DevExpress or other reporting tools preferred but not essential. • Strong ability to integrate detailed information. • Experience managing multiple projects, setting priorities and meeting deadlines. • A team player who is eager to help where possible. • A passion for technology and finance.
