• As an Inside Sales Representative, your primary focus will be converting inbound demo requests into happy Lemlist customers. • Engage with prospects, understand their pain points, and showcase how Lemlist can solve their challenges. • Manage a high volume of inbound demo requests, taking prospects through the sales journey to closure. • Conduct product demonstrations, tailor solutions to meet prospect needs, and build strong relationships. • Drive revenue growth by closing deals with an average deal size of €1,500 ARR. • Keep the CRM updated, follow up diligently, and ensure smooth communication with prospects. • Embrace coaching, seek feedback, and consistently work on improving your sales skills.
