📋 Description

• Currently, we are looking for a Vice President, Capital Markets Client Service Delivery to join our team of professionals. • The VP of Capital Markets, Client Service Delivery (VPCMC) is a senior leader within the Capital Markets team, responsible for client service, operational efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration. • This role oversees client relationships, escalated service issues, project coordination, and resource management to enhance the client experience. • By aligning execution with department and company objectives, the VPCMC drives service excellence and operational improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred). • 7+ years of experience in mortgage capital markets, including hedging, trading, post-production, and lock desk management. • Proficiency in PPE systems (e.g., Optimal Blue) and integration with Loan Operating Systems (e.g., Encompass). • Proficiency in Compass Analytics hedge advisory system and integration with Loan Operating Systems (e.g., Encompass). • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with clients and internal teams. • Experience working with service ticketing systems and project management tools. • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
