Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, healthcare management, or a related field • Minimum of 4 years of work experience, preferably in an early-stage D2C startup (healthcare and/or LATAM experience is a plus) • Growth experience (1-2 years) in a pre-seed to Series A startup • Willingness to travel at least once a month to Mexico for a minimum of a week, with longer stays encouraged • Complete fluency in Spanish • Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva) and a strong grasp of social media platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
