Identify key channels, strategies, and content to drive awareness and adoption. • Lead Brand Building Efforts: Shape Leona’s brand messaging and visual identity to resonate with healthcare professionals and patients. Manage brand consistency across all platforms and materials. • Content Creation & Management: Develop content across digital channels, including social media, email, blog, and website. Craft engaging, informative content to position Leona as a leader in healthcare communication. • Digital Marketing & Analytics: Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email) and track their effectiveness. Use data analytics to optimize campaigns, ensuring maximum reach and engagement. • Partnership Marketing: Collaborate with healthcare partners, including clinics and associations, to amplify our reach and enhance our reputation within the medical community. • Lead Generation & Customer Acquisition: Design and implement lead-generation strategies to grow our customer base. • Utilize various channels to attract and convert leads into long-term users. • Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on healthcare communication trends and competitive landscape. • Use insights to refine marketing strategies and stay ahead of industry shifts. • What You Can Expect: • Autonomy & Responsibility: You will take ownership of your time and efforts, prioritizing the activities that have the largest impact for the company • Team Collaboration: We are very team oriented; you’ll have the opportunity to work with a small, nimble team of superstars, gaining insight into building a company from scratch. • Everyone in the team is here to help each other - 24/7. • Mentorship: The team members are here to support your career growth goals within the company and afterwards • Ambiguity: There are a lot of unknowns given the early stage of the company, you will be responsible for navigating ambiguous environments and determining the best path forward • Dedication: If you prefer 9-5 environments, this role is not for you. • While there is no strict ‘clocking in/clocking out’ schedule, the aggressive growth goals require the team to work more than 8 hours a day • Flexibility: The team is very flexible to changing schedules and are very accommodating to any circumstances you may have
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in marketing at early stage startups , preferably in healthcare, tech, or a related field. • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling, audience-specific messages. • Ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to make informed decisions. • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for healthcare innovation. • Spanish language fluency required, English advanced level
