• Bio Springer est engagée dans une démarche de renforcement de la qualité de service et de la satisfaction des clients • Le service Supply Solutions assure l’administration des ventes de la commande jusqu’à la facturation et l’encaissement • Organise et suit les expéditions • Est le contact unique des clients pour toutes questions relatives à la disponibilité produit, aux conditions de livraison ou à toute autre information concernant le processus de vente • Interagit avec l’ensemble du Département Supply Chain, les services de Production, et Qualité, la Direction Financière, les équipes commerciales des Business Units • Manager l’équipe de 6 assistants(tes) afin de garantir la bonne exécution des missions du service clients du traitement des commandes à la facturation, avec pour objectif la satisfaction des clients, et l’adéquation des ressources à la charge de travail • Animer individuellement les collaborateurs(trices) directs

🎯 Requirements

• Bac+5 de type Université ou Ecole de Commerce avec une spécialisation en Commerce International • Expérience impérative d’au moins 10 ans en management d’équipe opérationnelle d’un service clients • Maitrise de SAP Hana avec connaissance du module SD • Anglais et français opérationnels à l’écrit et à l’oral sont indispensables • Bonne connaissance du fonctionnement en BtoB en contexte International • Qualités de leader et capacité à s’adapter facilement aux interlocuteurs • Orienté vers la satisfaction client et atteinte des objectifs en cultivant l’innovation • Capacité à travailler en équipe, à gérer le stress et les priorités pour fixer des objectifs, résoudre des problèmes et prendre des décisions • Etre force de proposition
