Description

• Support the agency's clients with implementation and adoption of tools like Monday.com and SugarCRM • Frame client needs and write functional specifications for technical teams • Ensure communication between agency development teams and clients' technical teams • Train clients in tool usage and report on its adoption • Conduct regular business reviews to share best practices and maximize adoption

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital tool implementation and client follow-up • Comfortable working on projects involving flow management and APIs • Ideally experienced with Marketing Automation projects • Professional level English, both spoken and written • Reside within 3 hours train distance from Paris
