• Hello, Paid Media Specialists! • My name is Jeremy, and I am the CEO of Lupa Digital Inc. – a digital marketing agency dedicated to providing effective, tailored recommendations to our clients, combining critical thinking, in-depth analysis, and a testing mindset to drive real results. • Our goal is to increase organic traffic to client websites and convert that traffic into leads or sales. • We are seeking a data-driven Paid Media Specialist who can expertly manage paid acquisition campaigns to boost our clients' online visibility, generate leads, and drive conversions. • This role involves creating, optimizing, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) and paid social campaigns, while also providing insights and strategies to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). • This is a part-time position with the potential to expand into a full-time role within 3 months.

Requirements

• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. • At least 3 years of experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Amazon Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others. • Expertise in Google Ads, including managing Search, Display, Video, and Shopping campaigns. • Experience with Meta Ads Manager, utilizing its features to optimize campaigns and track performance. • Proven experience in $10k - 100K Ad spend per month. • Proficiency in data analysis using Google Analytics 4, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and creating custom reports. • 2-3 years of experience working with a variety of industries. • Marketing agency experience is preferred. • Familiarity with conversion tracking and the use of Google Tag Manager. • Proven ability to meet deadlines, navigate challenges, and achieve outstanding results. • Experience in SEO or email marketing. • Knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO). • Client management experience.
