📋 Description

•We are looking for a skilled Media Buyer with a strong background in paid advertising and a proven track record of managing and optimizing successful ad campaigns. •This role requires analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of budget management and competitor research. •Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.). •Manage ad budgets effectively. •Continuously monitor campaign performance, adjusting bids and targeting to improve ROAS. •Scale high-performing campaigns while identifying and minimizing wasted ad spend. •Implement cost-control measures for underperforming ads to maximize profitability. •Conduct competitor research to refine targeting, positioning, and creative strategies. •Develop data-driven strategies to optimize audience targeting and campaign performance. •Utilize funnel-building techniques to ensure ads align with the customer journey and improve conversions. •Track and analyze key performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, etc.). •Provide data-driven insights and regular performance reports to stakeholders. •Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align ad strategies with overall business goals. •Stay updated on industry trends, emerging ad formats, and evolving platform algorithms.

🎯 Requirements

•1-2 years of hands-on experience running paid ads. •Portfolio or case studies of past campaigns (if available). •Experience managing ad campaigns across various niches, adapting strategies based on industry trends and target audiences. •Must have handled at least $5,000 in monthly ad spend. •Experience in scaling campaigns and optimizing ad performance. •Ability to implement cost-control measures for failing ads. •Competitor research experience to refine ad strategies. •Understanding of funnel-building and how ads fit into the customer journey. •Meta Certification (not required but a plus). •Other relevant courses or certifications are a plus.
