Requirements

•Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in product design in B2B SaaS, startup environments. •Customer Focused: Deep empathy for users and a passion for understanding their needs to create intuitive and impactful design solutions. •Self-starter: Eager to take on new challenges and grow into their craft. •Nimble: Can balance between more elegant vs. scrappy, iterative solutions based on user and business needs. •Storyteller: Intuitively understands how to craft communication mechanisms to best resonate with their audience. •Team Player: Has experience working closely with product management and engineering — understanding business and product needs and technical implications. •Technical Proficiency: Proficient in design tools such as Figma. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus. •Innovative Mindset: A forward-thinker who is excited to leverage new technologies, such as AI, to enhance product design and user experience. •Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in UI/UX design, problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality design solutions.
