• The Recruitment Director will lead and oversee the talent acquisition efforts for our BPO company in the Philippines. • This leadership role is critical in ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains the best talent to meet operational and business needs. • The Recruitment Director will be responsible for creating and executing strategic recruitment plans, managing a team of recruiters, and establishing relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally. • The successful candidate will sit on the leadership team and report directly to the CEO of the company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA or HR-related certification) is a plus. • At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the BPO or shared services industry. • Proven experience in high-volume recruitment and managing recruitment teams. • Strong understanding of the Philippine labor market and BPO industry trends. • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities. • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Knowledge of recruitment technologies (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems) and data analytics. • Strategic thinking with the ability to execute effectively. • Familiarity with labor regulations and best practices in recruitment compliance.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Willingness to travel domestically as needed for recruitment events or business meetings. • Strong network within the BPO industry and related talent pools.
