Description

• Site Operations Specialist supports a large Retail Pharmacy customer's print environment across the United States • Perform daily fleet analysis to ensure timely processing of activities • Review consumables requests from store associates • Monitor online status of ~30,000 printers • Manage dedicated inbox for consumables requests and escalations • Continually evaluate processes for improvements • Work with internal teams on proactive consumables management • Build high-trust relationships within the Client environment • Work in partnership with Client as a credible advisor for Lexmark's MPS program • Represent Lexmark brand according to mission and guiding principles.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of customer facing experience preferred • Background in Managed Print Services (MPS) preferred • Experience working with Retail Pharmacy customers – as an employee, contractor, or vendor is a plus • Proficient using Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams • History working with large, cross functional teams.
