β’ The Site Operations Specialist is a full-time position that provides operational support activities for a key Lexmark customer. β’ The role works closely with Lexmark support personnel to ensure overall operational excellence in managed print services. β’ Responsibilities include managing asset data, maintaining customer contact information, facilitating installations, resolving device issues, and tracking action items. β’ The job requires customer governance reviews and optimizing operational processes. β’ The position involves both consumables management and break-fix service support as needed.
β’ Preferred 3+ customer service experience, preferably in computer/printer asset management and maintenance support. β’ Experience with Excel based report creation and updating. β’ Experience in navigating asset and service management system(s). β’ Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience ideal. β’ Significant experience interacting and/or managing service partners, including upper management. β’ Experience in documenting and uploading/updating current and future reports to shared document repositories. β’ Strong focus on the customer and the service delivery aspects of the business. β’ Sound administrative skills to include well-developed organizational, management, and people skills. β’ Strong analytical and coordination skills. β’ Significant Microsoft Excel(including PowerQuery) and PowerBI skills are a plus.
