• About Liatrio • Liatrio is a boutique consulting firm that helps enterprises deliver software faster, safer and more efficiently. • Our work is dual mode: engineering delivery and people enablement. • We lead DevOps transformations in many different industries, anywhere from financial institutions to healthcare providers to the department of defense. • What We’re Looking For • We’re looking for someone with extensive experience as a Enterprise Architect, Strategic Architect, Field CTO, Head of DevOps, Head of Engineering, or Head of a Cloud Center of Excellence, who is passionate about both best practices in modern enterprise architecture and enabling clients through transferring knowledge, coaching, training, and upskilling. • The Principal Architect is a stakeholder and decision maker Liatrio's direction, and accountable for strategic technical direction of a major engagement or several smaller engagements, building and maintaining client relationships as a trusted technical advisor, and overall technical engagement success. • Internally, this role will work with Executive and Senior leaders as Liatrio scales. • This role is responsible for the code quality architecture, and technical direction of multiple workstreams. • Titles that can correspond to our work: Senior Technical Director, Senior Technical Principal, Principal Architect, Managing Director, Enterprise Architect, Strategic Architect, Senior Director of Technical Professional Services, Senior Director of Platform Engineering, Senior Director of Cloud, Vice President of Engineering, Head of Cloud Center of Excellence, Head of DevOps. • Who You Are • Liatrio lives and breathes the following traits; people on our team tend to have a combination of the following qualities: • Willingness and hunger to learn • Devotion to open communication and transparency • Value collaboration and willingness to share responsibilities across internal and client work • Effectively communicate in difficult conversations • Desire to solve complex problems - interpersonal, technical, and business • Ability to acknowledge shortcomings and provide solutions • Empathy towards others • Appreciate mentoring and helping others grow • Navigate ambiguity and frequent change • What You Do • This is a Senior Director - level role. You thrive building relationships as a trusted technology advisor with clients, guiding and influencing the long-term technical direction of their transformation, and guiding teams through this work.

Requirements

• Employment eligibility: must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada without the need for sponsorship. • Travel: we divide our time between working remotely and visiting our clients' sites. This role will be onsite with the client approximately 50%, which can include commuting, majority US travel, and occasional international travel.
