📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Ability to read complex contracts/agreements and identify pertinent terms and issues in order to apply appropriate accounting guidance and propose solutions within the Company’s revenue recognition policy and in line with ASC 606. • Assist with invoicing during peak sales seasons. • Provide advisory assistance to sales team and others within the organization with respect to product launches and new product offerings to identify and prevent revenue recognition issues. • Prepare and maintain monthly revenue and deferred revenue reconciliations. • Research monthly budget-to-actual variances. • Partner with the Order Services team and provide guidance on entering sales orders for invoicing purposes. • Work closely with the external auditors regarding all applicable annual audit requirements. • Partner with other departments to complete monthly reporting package for Board of Directors review. • Coordinate and perform detailed analysis for the annual standard selling price review. • Prepare ad hoc revenue reports/analysis utilizing NetSuite and SalesForce, when needed. • Assist with monthly commission calculations and related reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (preferred) • Master’s degree in Accounting • 2-4 years Public Accounting experience • Experience working with accounting systems e.g. SAP, Oracle, NetSuite (preferred) • Strong analytical skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
