📋 Description

• Manager of Endpoint Management Engineering to lead a team of engineers responsible for supporting and managing Microsoft SCCM/Endpoint Management and Intune platforms. • Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft SCCM, Intune and Autopilot, ensuring efficient operation and alignment with best practices. • Develop and execute endpoint management roadmaps, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals. • Act as a point of escalation for technical and operational issues related to endpoint management. • Oversee endpoint management-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). • 5+ years of experience managing Microsoft SCCM, Endpoint Management, and Intune. • 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role with direct reports. • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune, and associated technologies. • Familiarity with OSD (Operating System Deployment). • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell). • Strong understanding of Packaging applications and deployment. • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a technical team. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
