📋 Description
• Working closely with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications • Managing complex problems and work with team members for ticket resolution • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand processes, objectives, and challenges • Developing and executing test plans to ensure software applications meet defined functional requirements • Providing training and support to end-users on application functionalities • Collaborating with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades • Preparing detailed functional specifications, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials • Maintaining documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integration points • Building knowledge of the company, processes, and customers • Maintaining regular and reliable attendance • Performing other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, soft-ware engineering, or a related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • 5+ years of experience • Oracle Certification (Preferred)
