📋 Description
• Support identification of continuous improvement opportunities across Finance workstreams and manage activities of Continuous Improvement team. • Facilitate environment of continuous improvement within LBS organization. • Advise Finance leaders on lean metrics support for process owners. • Develop Lean roadmaps to monitor strategic initiative realization. • Ensure successful execution of large, cross-functional improvement initiatives. • Identify best practices for sharing across business units. • Facilitate continuous improvement projects and kaizen events. • Challenge leaders to create a culture of continuous improvement. • Evaluate project savings estimates and validate CI benefits. • Provide training and guidance.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting/Finance. • Experience: 5+ years of experience • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred • Licenses: Maintain Active CPA License
