📋 Description
• Support identification of continuous improvement opportunities across Finance workstreams. • Manage activities of the Continuous Improvement team. • Facilitate continuous improvement within LBS. • Advise Finance leaders on lean metrics. • Work with teams to develop Lean roadmaps. • Ensure successful cross-functional improvement initiatives. • Identify best practices for sharing across business units. • Facilitate improvements and kaizen events. • Challenge leaders for action-based culture. • Evaluate project savings and validate CI benefits. • Provide training and guidance.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting/Finance. • Experience: 5+ years of experience • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred • Licenses: Maintain Active CPA License.
