📋 Description
• Responsible for managing HCM Integration processes and collaborating with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications. • Execute subject matter expertise in People Services Integrations Module. • Triage and manage queue and work with Senior Analyst to ensure ticket resolution. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges. • Develop test plans to ensure that the software applications meet defined functional requirements. • Develop training and support to end-users on application functionalities. • Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades. • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integration points. • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • 7+ years of Experience • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Oracle Certification (Required)
