📋 Description
• Responsible for managing HCM Integration processes • Collaborate with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications • Develop test plans to ensure software applications meet requirements • Provide training and support to end-users • Collaborate with IT teams to implement enhancements and fixes • Prepare documentation of system configurations and customizations • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • 7+ years of Experience • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Oracle Certification (Required)
