📋 Description
• Manage HCM Integration processes • Collaborate with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications • Execute subject matter expertise in People Services Integrations Module • Triage and manage queue with Senior Analyst for ticket resolution • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, objectives, and challenges • Develop test plans to ensure software applications meet defined functional requirements • Provide training and support to end-users on application functionalities • Prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades with IT teams • Prepare functional specifications, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, customizations, and integration points • Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience • Maintain regular and reliable attendance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • 7+ years of Experience • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Oracle Certification (Required)
