📋 Description
• Work with strategic accounts to position Elanco as the partner of choice. • Deliver exceptional technical expertise, market leading product solutions, and value beyond product including consulting, analytics, diagnostics, and market access support. • Train and coach Elanco personnel on disease, products, and industry practices. • Build relationships with and influence external customers, consultants, and academics. • Conduct research utilizing Elanco products and programs. • Advise Elanco and key stakeholders of innovation opportunities.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: DVM or PhD in animal science or related scientific discipline or MS with 10 years of industry, academic, or government experience. • Expertise in technical consultancy, with emphasis on addressing customer concerns or needs. • Thorough understanding of the US beef food chain and commercial beef production. • Knowledge of animal health industry (emphasis on food animal production), economics, and drivers of profitability. • Excellent communication (written and oral) and analytical skills, with ability to effectively work in a team environment.
