📋 Description

• Provide specialized strategic consulting services to financial services executives. • Deliver strategic solutions, financial services expertise and strategies that financial institutions can leverage. • Lead and execute consultant engagements across the Velera client ecosystem. • Develop recommendations and influence senior/executive leaders for business decisions. • Lead comprehensive research and analysis in various areas of expertise. • Responsibility for all aspects of each engagement including data collection and analysis. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of trends and developments within the financial services industry. • Deliver on thought leadership opportunities through blogs, white papers, and speaking engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Master’s degree preferred. • Seven (7) years of experience in professional roles involving strategic consultation, strategy development, guidance, education or providing strategic recommendations for improvement, directed toward financial institution executives. • Seven (7) years of direct departmental and/or product line P&L responsibility in a bank or credit union including financial forecasting, budget development & accountability, product delivery & enhancements and marketing.
