📋 Description
• Provide high quality consulting services relating to property restoration, property defects, casualty, and losses of significance • Conduct inspections and field assessments to evaluate structure and property damage for clients • Reviews and synthesizes relevant information to prepare damage estimates, scopes and project reports • Manages field work on large, multi-consultants’ projects • Performs analysis of invoices, budgets, schedules, and reports on behalf of the clients • Operates on behalf of clients to monitor and manage timelines, expenses, and other factors critical to operational efficiency and cost management during all phases of construction • Communicates and corresponds regularly with clients, insurance companies, adjusters, and insureds • Leads regular client meetings and supports business development initiatives • Provides technical oversight and support and management to more junior consultants • Maintains job files, documentation, and other relevant deliverables • Manages and oversees clients’ interactions, supporting and mentoring junior consultants • Provides quality control reviews of junior consultant work product prior to submission to the client
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience • 7-10 years of relevant construction, restoration, project management or insurance experience • Advanced Xactimate experience required • WRT, FSRT, HAAG or other appropriate industry certificates or certifications • Ability to travel required
