📋 Description
• Responsible for managing HCM Integration processes and collaborating with technical teams or software vendors to design and configure software applications • Triaging and managing the queue and ensuring ticket resolution • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their processes, objectives, and challenges • Developing test plans to ensure that the software applications meet defined functional requirements • Developing training and support to end-users on application functionalities • Collaborating with IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades • Preparing detailed functional specifications, system documentation, user manuals, and training materials • Maintaining regular and reliable attendance
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • 7+ years of Experience • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Oracle Certification (Required)
