📋 Description

• You’ll bring your professional expertise, talent, and drive to building and managing our portfolio of iconic, ground-breaking brands. • This person has ownership of layout capital project execution for multiple simultaneous Manufacturing and Logistics automation projects. • This person will be responsible for the successful deployment of automation within mill and distribution center locations to achieve cost, quality and safety targets. • Provides operational support and project coordination to ensure the achievement of Logistics objectives. • Focus for this role will be to lead and leverage TSP teams in developing and executing tasks related to layout, installment, capacity and delivery on K-C project objectives. • Coach and mentor TSPs and Project team members to increase technical understanding and ability to execute programs to improve North America’s business results.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or relevant discipline (e.g. Science or Engineering related). • 15+ years of related technical experience, recognized experience/knowledge in at least one area of technology. • Demonstrated success in leading and delivering on capital projects - management/execution. • Knowledge and demonstrated success in leveraging Project Management Practices (PMP). • Up to 50% travel is required to support project execution needs – including installations, mill and vendor visits as projects dictate. • Preferred: Experience in the design requirement and safe operation of high-speed tissue manufacturing / Tissue Converting, high-speed personal care product manufacturing equipment and Logistics/Distribution facilities processes. • Experience with logistics and/or manufacturing automation technologies such as AGVs, AMRs, 6 axis robotics, etc.
