📋 Description
• Manage monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. • Support the accounting process through project initiation, accounting, analysis, and reporting. • Responsible for month-end close procedures for project, fixed asset, and lease accounting. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in accounting processes. • Collaborate with facility finance team and Site Liaison to review new leases. • Maintain internal controls for balance sheet accounts and project transfers. • Perform P&L and balance sheet analysis around projects, fixed assets, and leases. • Support annual project budgeting, forecasting, and other analyses as requested.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. • 4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. • Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. • Certified Public Accountant (preferred). • Active CPA License (Preferred).
