📋 Description

• Direct the day-to-day activities of the Master Data Management Teams • Collaborate with Functional Team Leads to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security of data assets • Establish data governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance • Define and maintain the organization's data architecture • Implement data quality assessment and improvement processes • Develop and enforce data security and privacy policies • Establish master data management (MDM) processes and systems • Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA or CCPA • Manage the team through workflow and delivery deadlines • Facilitate effective communications among all team members and leadership • Effectively delegate work according to prioritization • Lead Data Stewards responsible for advanced data modeling • Accountable for testing and validation of work product • Responsible for efficient work processes of the Data Management team • Facilitate professional development of staff-level data • Maintain regular and reliable attendance • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in the areas of computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Master's Degree (preferred) • 9+ years of experience • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Manage a portfolio of work • Lead and serve people • Excellent communication skills [both written and verbal] • Servant leadership abilities • Relationship building skills • Professional presence • Proven track record of delivering high quality and actionable results
