📋 Description
• At Lifepoint Health, we provide quality healthcare to rural communities. • The Senior Analyst is responsible for working with Supply Chain systems and data to gather, analyze, and present insights and reports to support decision-making. • Manage complex problems and ensure ticket resolution. • Works within Oracle to gather, analyze, and present insights and reports to support decision-making. • Collect, cleanse, and validate data from various systems. • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present metrics and insights to business users. • Provide data interpretation support and actionable recommendations. • Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance data visualization techniques. • Defines and implements technical requirements to meet analytical needs within the Oracle ERP environment. • Conducts testing to ensure accurate and reliable reporting. • Ensures data integrity and accuracy. • Collaborates with the team to align reporting strategies with organizational goals.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelors - Preferably in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field • Masters Degree (preferred) • Experience: 3-5 years of experience • 2-3 within Healthcare • Experience being part of a shared service organization • Certifications: Oracle Certification (Preferred)
