Description

• Support LifeStance Health’s internal communications program with high-quality content and materials. • Manage internal company intranet and department newsletters. • Develop messaging for employee engagement campaigns and initiatives. • Create effective communications about company vision and priorities. • Assist in coordinating all-hands and leadership meetings. • Research and create multimedia assets to tell compelling stories. • Measure and enhance messaging effectiveness across the company. • Source and manage videography vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, communications or a related field • 6-8 years of experience in strategic communications, public relations, copywriting or journalism • SharePoint experience strongly preferred • Graphic design experience preferred, but not required • Project management experience required • Exceptional writing skills are a must; the ideal candidate is well-versed in AP style and has significant experience writing high-quality messaging, collateral and materials • Strong verbal communication skills are critical • Strong attention to detail • Self-starter with the ability to work independently on projects from start to finish, while also being an excellent collaborator • Strong interpersonal skills and experience working with all levels of company management • Genuine interest in mental health and LifeStance’s mission
