• About LifeStreet • LifeStreet is a leader in in-app advertising, empowering top performance marketers with our AI-powered media buying platform, Nero. • Together with our expert customer success team, we optimize for any desired outcome to maximize ROAS at scale. • Founded in 2009 and trusted by advertisers worldwide, we are committed to being the most intelligent, transparent, and accessible platform for mobile marketing. • About the Role • We are seeking an experienced creative leader with a strong background in direct response advertising. • In this role, you will report directly to the CEO and lead and scale our creative team to produce high-impact ads that drive measurable results. • You will blend creative vision with operational excellence to build a scalable, efficient creative pipeline to optimize performance. • We are looking for someone who excels at building and empowering teams, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is passionate about creating content that engages audiences and drives substantial direct sales. • What You’ll Do • Own the direction and output of LifeStreet’s creative offering. • Build a best-in-class production house for performance creative. • Direct the development of compelling copy and visual concepts that inspire immediate action. • Partner with external agencies to scale production, determining the optimal balance between in-house and outside resources. • Analyze creative performance metrics and keep abreast of industry trends to understand what’s working and drive continuous improvement. • Champion new tools and technologies that improve efficiency and output. • Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to build the future of performance creative.
• 4+ years of experience leading direct response digital marketing, copywriting, and creative strategy. • A proven track record of creating performance campaigns that deliver measurable results. • Strong leadership & communication skills that can inspire a team, and a willingness to contribute hands-on when needed. • A growth mindset, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, performance-driven environments. • Enthusiasm for emerging tools such as generative AI to solve problems and create value. • Experience using data-driven tools to solve problems, understand opportunities, and drive informed decisions. • Proficiency using design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, etc to effectively communicate visual concepts is a plus.
