Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user requirements and design solutions. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions. • Create visually stunning and consistent user interfaces adhering to brand guidelines. • Develop and maintain a design system for a cohesive visual identity across products. • Produce wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts. • Design responsive interfaces for seamless user experience across various devices. • Work with front-end developers to ensure successful implementation of designs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field with minimum 5+ years of experience. • Proven experience as a UX and Visual Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and thought process. • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. • Experience with prototyping tools for creating interactive mockups. • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. • Strong knowledge of responsive design and familiarity with front-end development concepts. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. • Excellent communication skills to present, explain design decisions, processes, ideas, and solutions to internal teams, clients and various stakeholders. • Familiarity with AI (DALL·E, Chat GPT), Big Data, Cloud, Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Telecom domains is a plus.
