Description
• LightFeather is seeking an experienced and imaginative Graphic Designer. • Transform ideas into visually compelling designs. • Play a key role in shaping our brand’s identity. • Thrive in a collaborative environment.
Requirements
• US Citizenship. • Ability to obtain and maintain clearance at the Public Trust level or above. • Active or prior clearance is preferred. • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in graphic design (a link to your work portfolio should be included on your resume). • Expert-level proficiency with common design software (Adobe Suite, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, etc.). • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. • Quick starter and nimble/creative under project constraints. • Real passion for seamless design and the creative process. • Strong interest in and passion for learning new technologies and design skills. • A strong portfolio demonstrating breadth, creativity, process, and innovation in related fields. • Experience collaborating across multiple functional/technical teams to deliver a project. • Demonstrated growth mindset, enthusiastic about learning new technologies quickly and applying gained knowledge to address business problems. • Ability to communicate on a business level and translate needs into a technical solution. • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and tools is a plus.
