• Support the full cycle recruiting process • Posting job ads, developing sourcing strategies, conducting initial screenings • Scheduling interviews, administering the offer and pre-employment process, and initiating onboarding • Post job ads on professional sites, job sites and social media • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts • Assist teams in screening resumes • Conduct initial phone screens • Schedule calls and interviews • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews • Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) • Participate in recruiting events • Promote positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• 3-5 years of proven work experience as a recruiter or HR professional in a high-volume staffing environment with multi-site scope of responsibility • Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, or closely related field preferred or equivalent experience • Ability to meet travel expectation of 25% • Proven experience hiring industrial or manufacturing type positions • Located on the Central/Mid-Atlantic. AR, MO, WI, PA, WV, preferred • Full recruitment lifecycle experience • Proficient skills in MS Office, Applicant Tracking Systems, HRIS systems, and other computer-based programs or software applications • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an attention to detail • Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task and adjust priorities accordingly • Problem-solving aptitude • Critical-thinking skills
