• Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex requisitions • creating innovative and industry-relevant sourcing strategies • driving engagement to bring the best talent to each role • Canvas the Court Reporting and Legal Services industries with effective sourcing efforts • promote Steno’s talent brand both internally and on social media • Measure, track, and report on recruitment KPI’s and metrics
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting at fast-paced startups • recruiting for Go-To-Market positions (including marketing and/or sales positions) • recruiting for Manager and/or Director level positions • exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills • track record of success in partnering with hiring managers to identify ideal hiring workflows • creative thinker utilizing unconventional strategies to engage candidates • ability to effectively manage deadlines while balancing multiple high priority projects • proactive in taking initiative when roadblocks arise
