Requirements

• As a licensed Phyiscal Therapist, you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do. • 2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health • Graduated from an accredited physical therapy assistant program • Active PT license in NY • Tech Savvy, including having reliable and fast internet, your own laptop and a smart phone • Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions • Strong relationship-building and listening skills • Demonstrated user focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience • Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users • Ability to work independently with limited supervision • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace • Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach • Eager to make an impact at a young company addressing an important problem • Passion for health and wellness
