Description

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence based techniques tailored to each patient • Develop and maintain deep therapeutic relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance • Collaborate with the treatment team for comprehensive patient care • Document patient progress and treatment goals in accordance with clinic policies • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations • Maintain professionalism, clinical expertise, and stay updated with best practices

Requirements

• Opt out provider with Medicare and Medicaid • Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field • Current Massachusetts state licensure or certification as a mental health professional • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Minimum 1 year of experience in psychotherapy, including complex mental health conditions • Experience in long term therapy focusing on therapeutic alliance and lasting change • Preferred: Experience supporting clients who have completed ketamine assisted psychotherapy or other psychedelic treatments • Familiarity with the latest research in long term psychotherapy and mental health treatment
