Description

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions using evidence based techniques tailored to each patient. • Develop and maintain deep therapeutic relationships, providing ongoing support and guidance. • Collaborate with the treatment team for comprehensive patient care. • Document patient progress and treatment goals in accordance with clinic policies. • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations. • Maintain professionalism, clinical expertise, and stay updated with best practices.

Requirements

• Opt out provider with Medicare and Medicaid. • Master's degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field. • Current Massachusetts state licensure or certification as a mental health professional. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Minimum 1 year of experience in psychotherapy, including complex mental health conditions. • Experience in long term therapy focusing on therapeutic alliance and lasting change. • Preferred: Experience supporting clients who have completed ketamine assisted psychotherapy or other psychedelic treatments. • Familiarity with the latest research in long term psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
