📋 Description

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Partner by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and organizing appointments. • Prepare materials and agendas for meetings, ensuring the Partner is fully briefed and equipped for all engagements. • Coordinate and prioritize communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Partner. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Collaborate with the Partner on operational projects, providing research, data analysis, and reporting as needed. • Assist in organizing and coordinating internal and external meetings, training sessions, and special projects. • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and proposals related to the operational activities of the company. • Review contracts and policies for accuracy, etc. • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure that deadlines are met, and deliverables are achieved. • Assist with the creation of processes, policies, and standard operating procedures to streamline operations. • Coordinate service contracts, agreements, and follow-up communications to ensure the smooth execution of services. • Handle travel arrangements, expense reports, and billing for the Partner. • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities as needed for operational efficiency. • Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure operational excellence and organizational growth.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field (preferred). • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive assistant role, preferably in the healthcare or home health industry. • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and operations in the home health field is a plus. • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools. • DocuSign experience. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Proactive and resourceful with a strong sense of initiative. • Adaptable to changing priorities and situations. • Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
