• Anaplan Solution Architect certified with 5+ years of experience designing and implementing Anaplan models at an enterprise scale. • Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior business stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals. • Deep expertise in Anaplan architecture, including best practices for model design, data integration, and performance optimization. • Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, automation, and integration. • Working knowledge of Anaplan APIs and experience with API-based integrations. • Experience working with QuickSight, Power BI, or other Business Intelligence platforms. • Background in the insurance domain, including individual life insurance, annuities, group insurance, and/or retirement planning. • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and enterprise data governance practices.
