🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a compensation role within the technology industry, or a similarly applicable field • Proven background in both compensation analytics and technology solutions. • Advanced proficiency in Google sheets/Excel, including experience building complex analyses and models • Ability to deliver high-quality work, while focusing on accuracy and top notch critical thinking skills • Excellent communication skills with professionalism and discretion
