• Support global compensation programs by providing analysis, insights, and modeling to enhance plan design. • Perform quantitative analyses to assist Compensation Leadership with key projects • Conduct benchmarking to develop job families and pay targets, supporting job architecture and business growth • Contribute to the research, design, and administration of compensation programs • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices by conducting research • Collaborate with Talent and People Operations teams to optimize processes • Develop and maintain tools to enhance efficiency of programs
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years experience on Compensation teams • Experience with job analysis, benchmarking, and market pricing. Experience with Radford and McLagan is a plus. • Ability to analyze large datasets and draw actionable insights • Comfort working in a ultra fast paced environment
