Description

• Platform Development: Spend 25-30% of your time working closely with our offshore partner ensuring successful collaboration, architecture best practices and delivery. • Team Coaching & Capability Assessment : Dedicate approximately 30% of your time to coaching and mentoring the team. • Innovation & Culture Building : Contribute to a vibrant team culture, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements

• Languages: Proficiency in Java or JVM languages (Scala, Groovy, Kotlin, etc.). • Architecture: Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA), REST APIs, event-driven and domain-driven design. • Cloud : AWS experience including API Gateway, Cognito, ECS and Lambda. • Databases : MySQL or PostgreSQL. • Front-end : Experience with React and JavaScript is a plus. • B2B SaaS Experience : Ideal candidates will have experience in scalable software solutions. • Replatforming/Greenfield Development: Experience in building new platforms and working with modern tech stacks using a legacy platform as your guide. • Agile Environment : Familiarity with agile methodologies and environments. • Growth Mindset : Passionate about learning, teaching, and continuous improvement. • Ownership & Initiative: Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to challenges. • Sponsorship : Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
