• Experience: At least 1-2 years in a sales role, ideally within the e-learning, language, or online education industry • Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English; ability to engage and build rapport quickly • Sales Mindset: Proven experience meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a strong motivation to achieve individual and team goals • Customer-Centric: Ability to identify customer needs, empathize, and build trust to provide a high-quality customer experience. • Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Braze) and familiar with basic online sales tools and software. • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate international time zones as needed.
