Description
• Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will support Lingoda’s B2C growth and deliver on our product vision and strategy, offering a unique and seamless in- and out-of-classroom learning experience, centred around human-first teaching and connected by technology to enable meaningful progress. • As a Head of Product, you will lead a team of passionate Product Managers and partner deeply with your peers in Engineering and Design to execute the Lingoda mission.
Requirements
• Over 8 years of experience in product management in dynamic, high-growth tech environments, with at 4 years of managing and mentoring product managers • Strong analytical mindset proficient in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, using data to break down complex problems into actionable steps and define strategic goals • Demonstrated ability to inspire teams and engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear and motivational communication of vision and strategy • Skilled in communicating concisely and strategically to C-level executives, ensuring clarity and alignment on vision and strategic priorities • Strong passion for creating user-focused products, balancing data-driven decisions with a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points • Proven success in delivering exceptional user experiences and product growth • Exhibits macro-to-micro versatility, seamlessly switching between strategic planning and meticulous attention to detail
