Description

• Work closely with Product Management, User Experience Research, Digital Education, and Engineering to align design strategies with business goals and technical capabilities • Transform ideas into successful intuitive designs. Your role: infuse user experience in every detail, from concept to final design, shaping the product's future with clarity and creativity • Ensure aesthetic, layout, composition, and information architecture align with the overall Lingoda ecosystem • Contribute to the enhancement of design processes within the organisation to optimise efficiency and quality • Use data and metrics (such as conversion rate, user retention and engagement metrics) to inform design decisions and measure the impact of design changes • Contribute to user stories and ensure that our engineering team has the appropriate designs, assets, and guidelines to be able to successfully develop the designs • Support the creation of experiments, like A/B tests or multivariate tests, to optimise our product • Identify new user needs and generate innovative ideas • Give and receive feedback in design critiques and product conversations. Pair-design to improve the work, ideate, and have fun together

Requirements

• Preferably 5+ years of experience in design • Experience with industry-standard product design tools such as Figma, Miro, Hotjar, and UserTesting, among others • Strong communication skills to effectively present your work and bring key stakeholders on board. You are confident in your ideas but open to learning from others • The ability to conceptualise, work in low and high fidelity, deliver solid visual design & communicate your work and rationale • Systems thinking and the ability to apply a design system and contribute to it by extrapolating patterns and behaviours from a specific instance to the larger experience and vice versa • An up-to-date portfolio that demonstrates your skills • You have an experimental mindset
