Description

• Manage the client onboarding process from initial contract to campaign kickoff. • Create and maintain detailed onboarding plans for each new client. • Conduct initial client meetings to gather requirements and set expectations. • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, webdev, client services) to ensure smooth handoffs. • Set up client accounts in relevant tools and platforms. • Develop and maintain onboarding documentation and resources. • Ensure all necessary information is collected and organized for project teams. • Adapting to the role as needed.

Requirements

• This role must work in EST. • 2+ years experience in client services or project management, preferably in a digital marketing setting. • Strong understanding of digital marketing services and processes. • Ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously • Proficiency in project management and CRM tools - Notion and GHL experience a huge plus! • Excellent communication and people skills. • Detail oriented and meticulous.
