• Lead the design and development of microservices-based applications. • Architect and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot , and database technologies like PostgreSQL and MongoDB . • Cross-functional collaboration with different teams for integrations and file transfers. • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. • Ensure high-quality deliverables through code reviews, best practices, and architectural guidance. • Facilitate team discussions and manage technical roadmaps. • Occasionally travel to Dallas for onsite meetings.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Lead in designing and developing microservices-based architectures. • Strong proficiency in Java , Spring Boot , and relational/noSQL databases like PostgreSQL and MongoDB . • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with remote and cross-functional teams. • Ability to provide architectural direction and ensure alignment with business goals. • Must be based on the East Coast with willingness to travel to Dallas occasionally.
