📋 Description

• The Fundraising, Prospect Research & Administrative Consultant is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and organizing potential funders, researching donor prospects, and supporting clients in developing and executing fundraising strategies. • This role involves conducting in-depth donor research, managing outreach and engagement efforts, preparing fundraising materials, and providing administrative and strategic support to ensure the success of client fundraising initiatives. • Track and analyze donor engagement and fundraising performance, providing recommendations for improvement. • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential donors through effective communication and engagement strategies. • Provide administrative support for fundraising initiatives, including scheduling meetings, drafting correspondence, and maintaining donor databases.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in fundraising, donor research, nonprofit development, or a related field. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, evaluate, and organize donor information. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and donor engagement. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team environment. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. • Proficiency in donor databases, CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and research tools. • Experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance evaluation for fundraising initiatives.
