📋 Description

• The Sage 100 Contractor Consultant will work directly with our clients performing software implementations • Resolving client support tickets • Addressing other client needs such as custom report writing or implementing other 3rd party software • This position will work with other consultants, customer service, and the sales team to efficiently resolve customer issues and to maintain ongoing customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, information technology, quality assurance, or equivalent strongly preferred • Minimum of two years performing implementations, support, and/or end user experience with Sage 100 CRE Software • Experience with ConnectWise a plus • Experience in an accounting role, with knowledge of accounting concepts a plus • Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools • Ability to successfully multi-task across projects, customers, and internal activities • Highly enthusiastic, proactive, positive-minded, customer focused, and service-oriented • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills • Excellent writing, editing, listening and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated, with willingness to learn and develop new skills • Superior time management and organizational skills with ability to manage priorities independently
