β€’ Fireflies.ai is the #1 AI voice assistant automating note-taking and turning voice into insights. β€’ We seek a passionate and results-driven Customer Success Manager. β€’ Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to success. β€’ Assist new customers with onboarding and provide training. β€’ Develop and maintain relationships with key customer accounts. β€’ Become an expert in our SaaS products and communicate their benefits. β€’ Create and deliver training materials to maximize product value.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Computer Science, etc.) β€’ Previous experience in a Customer Success role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. β€’ Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. β€’ Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. β€’ Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. β€’ Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is a plus. β€’ Availability to work in the PST time zone and accommodate North American customer needs.
